Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 20 pieces medium size prawns
  2. Corn flour 3 to 4 tbsp
  3. 1 small size capsicum cut into small cubes
  4. 1 onion cut into thick slices
  5. Salt to taste
  6. soya sauce 2 tbsp
  7. 1 tbsp chilli oil
  8. Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
  9. Ginger finely chopped 1/2 tbsp
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Honey 1 tsp
  12. Corn starch 2 tbsp (mix with water)

Instructions

  1. Wash and devein the prawns dust with corn flour keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes
  2. Heat the pan add enough oil and deep fry the corn flour coated prawns for 3 minutes and keep aside in kitchen paper
  3. Heat the pan add chilli oil to this add chopped garlic sauté then add ginger sauté for 2 minutes add onion and capsicum stir add little salt stir for 2 minutes then add fried prawns stir well
  4. now add soya sauce stir and adjust the salt now add corn starch (corn flour mixed in water) and stir well for 2 to 3 minutes or till raw smell evaporate on a low flame then had honey mix well and switch off the flame
  5. Yummy and tasty Hunan prawns is ready serve with ketchup thank you happy cooking
