Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawn : 10
  2. Potato : 2
  3. Onion : 1
  4. Garam masala : 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Pepper powder : 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Chilli powder : 1 teaspoon
  7. Egg : 1
  8. Bread crumbs : 1/2 cup
  9. Oil : enough to deep fry
  10. Salt : to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 2 teaspoons of oil
  2. Add prawns and saute for 15 minutes. Let it cooked well
  3. Boil and mash the potatoes
  4. Grind the cooked prawn into a fine paste
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of oil in a kadaai and add the onions and saute well
  6. Then add the prawn paste and add salt, garam masala and chilli powder
  7. Mix the mashed potatoes with that and make a dough
  8. Make small cutlet shaped balls
  9. Add little salt and pepper powder to the egg and beat well
  10. Dip the cutlets in the egg and toss them in the bread crumbs and fry them in hot oil
  11. Let them fried untill they become golden brown
  12. Serve hot with ketchup
