Fresh veggies of choice ,onion cheese sausage to make it filling ,topped with boiled Eggs wow a great combination, just loved it

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Half a red bell pepper
  2. Half a yellow bell pepper
  3. Some capsicum
  4. 1/4thcup purple cabbage
  5. 1 small tomato
  6. 1 carrot
  7. 1 tspn crushed garlic
  8. 1tspn all herb spice
  9. 1/2 tspn red chilli flakes optional
  10. 1/2 tspn pepper
  11. 2 boiled eggs
  12. 1-2 tblspn oil

Instructions

  1. Cut all veggies julliene
  2. Cut out the sausages in desired shape
  3. Stir fry lightly in a pan
  4. Saute veggies in some oil keep aside
  5. Saute sausages in oil and keep aside
  6. Boil two eggs peel and keep ready
  7. Add seasoning of salt, all herb spice,and pepper to veggies. And arrange quarters of boiled eggs
  8. Serve Hot
