Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina - 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour - 2 t bsp
  3. Asafoetida/hing - a pinch
  4. Water - 1 cup
  5. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add semolina,wheat flour,asafoetida and salt and mix well.
  2. Add little by little water to make a dough.
  3. Cover this dough with muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 mins.
  4. Roll out the dough.
  5. With the help of bottle cap cut the roll out dough in a round shape.
  6. Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the golgappa on a low flame till golden brown and crispy
  7. Drain in paper napkin
