ABOUT Sabudana vada RECIPE

Sabudavada is a light snack and also preffered for fasting food .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup sabudana or sago
  2. 8 potatoes
  3. 1/2 Cup Peanut
  4. 1/2 cup chopped green coriander
  5. 1 tsp giner chilli paste
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Biol potatoes and peel the skin.
  2. Wash sabudana and soak for 4 hours.
  3. Heat a pan and roast peanuts.
  4. Now in a bow add,mashed potato sabudana,peanuts,coriander,ginger chilli paste and all masalas.
  5. Knead a dough.
  6. Divede into small parts,make boll and then flatten them and make tikkies
  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till brown.
