Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 ,1/2 cup thick Poha
  2. 1 cup green and red bell peppers ,cut small pieces
  3. 1/2 cup broccoli chopped
  4. 2 medium size potatoes ,cut small pieces
  5. 2 tbs chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tbs curry leaves
  7. 1 medium onion chopped
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tbs red chilli flakes
  10. Pinch of asfotida
  11. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  12. 1 tbs seasum seeds
  13. 2 tbs oil
  14. 1 tbs butter
  15. 1 tbs lemon juice
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1 tbs sugar
  18. 2 tbs cashews
  19. 2 tbs coriander leaves chopped
  20. 1 tbs raisine
  21. 1 tbs fresh coconut strips

Instructions

  1. Thick Poha soak in a water 2 minutes after drain water.
  2. Heat oil and butter in a pan ,Add cashew fry until light brown.after fry raisine and keep aside.
  3. In a same oil add mustard seeds , asfotida and seasum seeds , when mustard seeds start crackle add potatoes picese. Sauté 1 minute than add onion, peppers and green chillie. Sauté 2 minutes more.
  4. .Add curry leaves and broccoli and all spices, lemon juice ,salt, fry raisine and cashews ( keep some for garnishing) just mix it.
  5. After 1 minute add poha and mix very careful ,add coriander leaves. Turn off the flame.Garnish with cashew,rasine, coconut strips. Serve and enjoy.
