Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 5 to 6
  2. Singada flour 5 tbsp
  3. Peanuts 1 tbsp
  4. Cashu nuts 1 tbsp
  5. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  6. Resins 1 tbsp
  7. Saunf 1 tbsp
  8. Powdered sugar 2tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  11. Coconut grated 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes properly, add singada flour, salt n again mix. Keep aside.
  2. Grind peanuts, cashunuts, resins, saunf, sesame seeds in a mixture. Don't make smooth powder.
  3. Keep it half crush, add this 2tbs mash potatoes, salt, powder sugar, amchur powder. Mix make small balls.
  4. Now take mash potatoes divide in equal parts. N feel it with small balls.
  5. Deep fry this balls till golden brown.
  6. Serve with tangy imali chutny.
