In morning grind it and make a past
Put baking powder in it and keep beating the daal paste til become fluffy nd soft
In a pan heat oil
Put daal in hot oil with help your all fingers and make vada
Keep frying til golden and keep vada on a plate
Put hot vada into sour kanji water for 3-4 hours
Vada will be tasty nd sour
