A healthy twist in regular samosas. everyone's all time favorite snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 grams of suji
  2. 500 grams of boiled potatoes
  3. 2green chillies chopped
  4. Half tbsp mustard seeds
  5. Half tbsp turmeric powder
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Oil frying
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. Half tbsp ajwain

Instructions

  1. Take suji in a bowl and add salt ajwain and one tbsp oil. Knead soft dough using water and keep aside
  2. Heat one tbsp oil in kadai. Add mustard seeds and green chillies Then add turmeric powder salt and mashed boiled potatoes and mix well and keep aside to cool
  3. Now take the dough and apply little oil on it and knead on the kitchen slab till 3 minutes.
  4. Make equal size balls from it. Roll out thin chapati and cut into two halves. Apply little water on the sides and shape it like a cone.. fill the potatoes mixture in it seal it carefully using water.
  5. Make all the samosas like this and keep aside
  6. Now fry them in batches till golden brown and crispy. Remove on the kitchen towel and serve hot with sauce.
  7. Ur suji samosas are ready to eat
