Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. seppankizhangu 200gm
  2. gram flour 2 tbsp
  3. chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp curd

Instructions

  1. pressure cook seppankizhangu for a whistle. remove skin and cut into pieces
  2. sprinkle gram flour,salt,chilli powder and allow it to marinate for 30mins
  3. take a pan. pour some oil. fry the kizhangu till golden brown. serve hot for rice
