Marinate squid rings in vinegar for about and hour
In a pan heat ghee
Add asafotida and cumin seeds
Add ginger garlic paste and sautee well
Now drain all water from squid rings and add in pan
Season with salt, parsley, chilly flakes and pepper and mix well
Let the squid cook till water is evaporated. This takes around 10-12 minutes
Once done, switch off the flame and serve in bowl
