ABOUT Squid Roast RECIPE

This dish tastes best when eaten with rice or chappathi.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Squid 1/2 kg
  2. Onion 2 - 3
  3. Green Chillies 2
  4. Garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Tomato 2
  6. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 2 - 3 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Tomatoes 2 - 3
  12. Curry leaves a few

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add in and fry the garlic paste, next add in the onions chopped , green chillies, ginger and finally add in the squid.
  2. After a few minutes add in the masalas: coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
  3. Add tomatoes, when it is being cooked, add water if necessary only. Cook for sometime, serve hot.
