Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Carom seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Powder sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Dry mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Chopped cashew 2 teaspoon
  10. Raisins 2 teaspoon
  11. Ratlami bhujiya 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Add maida,caromseeds,salt,and 2 tablespoonl oil in a bowl.
  2. Now add water and make a medium hard dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Coarsely grind ratlami sev and take it out in a bowl. and mix red chilli powder,salt,powder sugar,amchurpowder,garam masala in it.
  4. Now filling is ready.
  5. Heat a pan add oil in it.
  6. Add mixture in it and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Take a dough and cut it into small bolls.
  8. Roll the dough boll in ovel shape and cut it into two halves.
  9. Make a triangle and stuff 1 teaspoon mixture and seal the ends with water.
  10. Then deep fry in medium hot oil on medium flame till become light brown.
  11. Serve it.
