Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled carrot and beans - 1 cup
  2. Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1 cup
  3. Boiled green peas - 1 cup
  4. Chopped onion -1/2 cup
  5. Chopped coriander leaves
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil - for deep fry
  10. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  11. All purpose flour - 250 grams
  12. Sugar -1 teaspoon
  13. Salt a pinch
  14. Activate yeast - 1 teaspoon
  15. Corn flour mixture - for binding

Instructions

  1. Take bowl and add a flour,
  2. Add a salt
  3. Add sugar and active yest
  4. Mix well and knead to 5 more minutes
  5. Get a smooth and soft dough,
  6. Keep aside for proofing,
  7. Take pan and add oil
  8. Add chopped onions.
  9. Saute well until golden brown.
  10. Add a carrot and French beans
  11. Add green peas.
  12. Saute well, and cookwell.
  13. Add a turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt,
  14. Cook well, add mashed potatoes.
  15. Cook well , all mix together.
  16. Add chopped coriander leavs.
  17. Switch off the flame and keep aside in veggies for cooling
  18. Dough was proof well.
  19. Roll the small portion of flour and roll it.
  20. Put veggies in middle.
  21. Seal it,and shape a roll
  22. Dip corn flour mixture.
  23. Dab bread crumbs.
  24. Heat oil for deep fry.
  25. Add rolls gently.
  26. Fry on medium flame and cook well
  27. Get a golden brown color.
  28. Gently take off the pan.
  29. Bakery style Veg roll is ready to serve with tomato sauce .
