Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bangda fish cleaned nicely and drained 6
  2. Turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Kashmiri Red chilly powder 2 tablespoon
  4. Dhania powder 2 tablespoon
  5. Lemon 2
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Fish masala (optional)
  8. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  9. Sooji
  10. Oil 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish in all the given masalas n lemon juice for atleast 3 hours
  2. Take a nonstick pan and add one tablespoon oil in it.
  3. Roll the fish in sooji to cover all sides
  4. Put it in the pan and shallow fry till nice crisp.
