Bangda fish is a fleshy Fish. Favourite of fish lovers My family loves it ! Seasoned with the best home ground fish Masala fried well in shallow hot oil it tastes great with Dal Rice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 pieces Fleshy Bangda fish
  2. 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  4. 1 tspn cummin corriander powder
  5. 1 tspn paprika powder
  6. 1 tblspn white vinegar
  7. 1/2 tspn Turmeric
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil enough to shallow fry (about 1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Clean Fish well and make slits on the body
  2. Mix seasoning with white vinegar making a paste and apply
  3. Now heat oil well in a pan and start frying
  4. Put one fish at a time
  5. Fry both sides turning slowly
  6. Fry weĺl for 5 minutes
  7. Put second fish when one is semi done
  8. Turn both sides lightly press for oil cook masala well
  9. Serve hot with dal rice and enjoy
