First boil raw banana
Take out skin and mash it
Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and add chopped onion
Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
Fry for 1 min
Add turmeric garam masala and red chilli powder
Add salt and mix then add coriander leaves and your masala is ready
For batter: Take 1 cup chickpea flour add turmeric, salt and a pinch of cooking soda in it
Make a small round of the masala
Dip one by one into the batter and deep fry
Its ready to eat with imli chutney and fried chillies.
