ABOUT Melting moments RECIPE

Revisitng this easy and delicious buttery biscuits which literally melts im the mouth as the name suggests.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Flour - 1.5 cups
  2. Cornflour - 1/2 cup
  3. Icing sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Butter - 1 cup
  5. Vanilla extract - 1teaspoon

Instructions

  1. The butter must be at room temperature. Whisk the butter and icing sugar till its fluffy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract as well and whisk again. Sieve the cornflour and flour together into the butter mixture. Fold in to forms dough.
  3. Make small roundels of the dough and place them on a tray lined with butter paper. Chill the trays with dough roundels in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Bake them at 170℃ , in a preheated oven for 14-17 minutes or till the sides are little brown. Cool for 5 minutes and dust icing sugar on top. Serve
