Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Carom seeds - a pinch
  3. Onion seeds - a pinch
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Butter - 50 grams
  6. Oil - 2 tablespoon
  7. For stuffing
  8. Boiled and mashed potato - 1/2 cup
  9. Finely chopped onion - 2 tablespoon
  10. Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  11. salt to taste
  12. Chopped green chilly - 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Red chilly powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  15. Oil - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough with the listed ingredients except butter.
  2. Keep aside for 15 minutes
  3. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  4. Stuff the potato filling in the dough and roll into balls.
  5. Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.
  6. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade
  7. Place the aloo paratha.
  8. Cook on one side for two minutes and then flip over till brown.
  9. Apply butter and serve hot.
