Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Buttermilk - (1Cup + 2 Cups water)
  2. Beet root boiled 2
  3. Green chilli3
  4. Ginger 1/2inch
  5. Gram floure 1 cup
  6. For capsicum tikki
  7. 1 cup mashed potao
  8. 1/2cup boiled corn
  9. 1boiled capsicum
  10. Chat masala
  11. Salt to tast
  12. Red chilli powder 1/2table spoon

Instructions

  1. Boil the beetroot and make a puri
  2. Mix puri into a gram flour.
  3. Add butter milk giner garlic paste.make a batter
  4. Cook the batter on a low flame. Stir continuously till it thickens.
  5. Spread on the backside of a steel plate.
  6. With the help of cooking cutter.cut into the round shape.
  7. Keep aside it
  8. Then for tikki mix mashed potato capsicum corn and chat masala.salt red chilli powder.
  9. Make a small tikki.
  10. Sandwich the tikki into the rounded khadvi.
  11. Serve with the sauce .
