Add soaked sago pearls and let it cool in milk for 30 mins .Add saffron strands and cardomon powder
Cook till sago pearls is cooked and milk thickens
Chop kiwi in small piece
Peel 1.pomogrenate
For praline
Heat a non stick pan . To this add sugar and let it melt without stirring.
After sugar melts add all the ingredients and mix well.
Let it set on silicon sheet and before it sets cut in desired shape
For presetation
In tranparent glass alternatively add sago pudding and fruits and garnish with praline
