These dhoklas are very quick &easy to make,without requiring any grinding or fermenting,serve them hot with green chutney & tea

Take milk in pan, 2 .add suger & turmeric powder in it, & Boil it
Add the washed & drained beaten rice
Add crushed green chillies , garam masala & salt,
Mix well & cooked on slow flame for 2 minute till it absorbed the milk, 6 .Add lemon & mix well
Pour the beaten rice mix into a greased thali,
For tempering:-
Heat oil in small pan & add mustard seeds,when the seeds creckle,flame off
Pour this tempering all over the dhokla & spread it, Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve with green chutney and tometo ketchup.
