Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Indian Butter Fish(Pabda Mach)--10
  2. White Mustard seeds --50gms
  3. Black Mustard seeds --50gms
  4. Besan --1/2 cup
  5. White Flour --1/2 cup
  6. Turmeric powder --4tblspns
  7. Salt --4tblspn
  8. Green chillies(chopped)--5
  9. Red chillies(sukhno lonka)--5
  10. Mustard oil(to cook)

Instructions

  1. Take 1/2 cup of besan,1/2cup of white flour,4tblspns of turmeric powder and salt 4tblspns and mix the fishes well
  2. Keep aside for 15 mints
  3. Add the mustard oil in a pan and heat in a high flame
  4. Take the fishes in it and cook thoroughly till it is red in color
  5. Keep aside the fishes
  6. Take 4tblspn of oil and give the chopped green chillies into it
  7. Give the white and black Mustard seeds and red chillies paste(water of the paste) to it
  8. Add salt
  9. Boil the water(jhol) thoroughly and thn add the fishes to it
  10. When it is done turn off the gas. Serve hot. Again pour 1tblspn of oil over it.
