These laddu are realy diffrent n tasty,you can have them in vrat and also in normal days. My mom made waterchestnut flour laddu realy well and here i am sharing her recipe with you all guys.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup raw peanuts
  2. 1 cup water chestnut flour
  3. 1 1/2 cup powder sugar
  4. 1/2 cup ghee
  5. 1/2 cup greated coconut
  6. 1 tspn cardamom powder
  7. 8 to 10 pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. First Take a heavy bottom wolk and put some ghee in it.
  2. Now roast peanut in it in a low medium flame till they become golden in colour.
  3. Now remove it in a plate .
  4. Grind peanuts in grinder .
  5. Now add some ghee in same wolk .
  6. Add water chest nut flour in it.
  7. Roast flour in a low medium flame. stir continually.
  8. Till it becomes golden in colour n a good aroma in everywhere.
  9. Now roast coconut with same method .
  10. Now take a big bowl n add all ingredients of laddu in it instead pistachios .
  11. Now greese your palm with some ghee and make small laddu with this mixture .
  12. Now roll all tha laddu with same method n garnish them with chopped pistachios.
  13. Enjoy these laddus with your family n friends in any occasion.
