Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. one big size potato
  2. One big onion
  3. half cup besan/ chickpea flour
  4. Salt to taste
  5. pinch of trurmeric water
  6. Red chilli powder half teaspoon
  7. two green chillies chopping fine
  8. water for batter three to four teaspoons
  9. oil to fry 250 grams

Instructions

  1. peel potato and onion
  2. chop potato fine
  3. slice onion lengthwise
  4. take a bow add besan onion potato
  5. salt red chilli powder green chillies turneric sprinkle few drops of water
  6. mix well n keep d batter should be thick
  7. heat oil in a wok
  8. by hand drop this batter in oil giving random shape
  9. deep fry till crisp
  10. serve hot
