Its a sweet made in pure ghee

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. one kilogram of besan/ gramflour
  2. half kilogram of sugar
  3. 500 grams or half kilogram pure ghee
  4. 250grams Almond meal or ground almonds

Instructions

  1. roast the besan in ghee on medium to slow flame till it starts releasing aroma
  2. keep stirring all the time
  3. add almond meal keep cooking on low flame
  4. cook till besan starts changing colour
  5. switch off flame add sugar after grinding it in a mixer
  6. mix well
  7. let it cool
  8. in ur palm take this n give it a round shape
  9. the quantity of besan should be enough to fit your closed palm
  10. do this with the whole besan
  11. store in an airtight jar
  12. it will not spoil for a month
