Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rice flour 1 cup
  2. Jaggery 1 cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  5. Salt 1 pinch
  6. Greated coconut 1 cup
  7. Cashew pieces

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the rice flour slightly brown in colour
  2. Trranser it to a bowl
  3. Add a pinchsalt& turmeric powder
  4. Sprinkle hot water into this mixture
  5. It should reach a consistency it become a dumpling when pressed with hands
  6. But disintegreats into a powder when crusher
  7. Now the mixture has to be stamed
  8. Put the rice flour mixture on a plate
  9. Put it into a vessel such that sits above the level of boiling water
  10. Now steam the rice flour for20 minutes
  11. Cool it
  12. Mix it softly with hands to crush the small balla
  13. Cut the cashew into small pieces and fry them little ghee
  14. Take the jaggary in the kadai and add little water
  15. Boil stirring continuously till its become slightly thick
  16. Add the steamed flour into the jaggery syrup & mix it well
  17. Add cashew elaichi powder mix well serve it
