Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup semolina/sooji/Rava roasted .
  2. 1 medium onion chopped
  3. ,2 tbs green chillies chopped
  4. 2 tbs chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 tbs sugar
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tsp udad dal
  8. 2 tsp Mustard seeds
  9. Pinch of asfotida
  10. 2 tbs yoghurt
  11. 2 1/2 glass of water
  12. 1 tbs lemon juice
  13. 1 tbs Oil
  14. 1 tbs butter
  15. 4 bread slices
  16. 2 tbs green coconut chatni
  17. 2 tbs tomato catch up
  18. 1 tbs rasines

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add yoghurt and water just mix together with hand blander and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil and butter in a pan.Add mustard seeds, and udad Dal and asfotida. When Dal turn light brown colour than add onions and green chillies , sauté 2 minutes than add rasines , semolina and roast 1 Minute.

  7. Add sugar and salt ,After add butter milk And mix well.Cover and cook on medium to low heat 10 to 15minutes. After 15 minutes add coriander leaves and turn off the flame.

  13. flatten the bread and arrange in a muffins mould.Apply butter on bread and bake 400 degree in a preheated oven. Bake for 5 minutes than take side to cool.

  15. Arrange bread bowl in serving plate and fill up Upma with ice cream scoop.garnish with green chatni, tomato catch up,nuts ( for your choice) Serve and enjoy.
