ABOUT Mushroom Bell Pepper Masala !! RECIPE

A very Delicious & easy to make recipe with some Desi flavours....for eg from...Mumbai :heart_eyes: !!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Button Mushrooms - 400 gms
  2. Bell peppers - Half each ( Red , Yellow & Green ) washed & cut into slices....
  3. Onion - 2 big chopped fine
  4. Tomato - 2 small ones cut similarly like onions
  5. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbspn
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Olive oil - 1 tbspn
  8. Pav bhaji masala - 2 tspn ( adjust to taste )
  9. Turmeric pwdr - half tspn
  10. Red chilly powder - half tspn ( adjust to taste )
  11. Black pepper pwdr - half tspn ( adjust to taste )
  12. Dhaniya pwdr - 1 & half tspn
  13. Coriander leaves for garnish
  14. Water for cooking - abt 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai /pressure cooker... heat it. ..put oil & when its hot Add chopped Onions & Saute Well
  2. After about 2 to 3 mins add ginger and garlic paste....saute again till the raw smell goes away...
  3. Then add the dry masalas in it..... Put salt & chopped tomatoes and cook till soft
  4. Then add the chopped bell peppers and mushrooms in it....
  5. Give a nice stir and add little water in it...Here you can add water according to your choice....
  6. Close with a lid & let it cook for a few mins till done
  7. When cooked properly turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with rotis , paranthas or rice :relaxed:
