ABOUT Mushroom Bell pepper Fresh Dough Pizza RECIPE
Fresh dough pizza topped with super vegetables like mushroom and bell pepper. Pizza sauce is made with carrots and tomatoes.

Ingredients Serving: 4
For Pizza Sauce-
6 big tomatoes
3 medium sized carrots
2 medium sized onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Basil
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Pizza Masala
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp - Black Pepper
2 tsp sugar
salt as per taste
4 tbsp Tomato sauce
2 tsp -Cornflour
For pizza dough -
200 gm Wheat Flour
200 gm Maida
2 tsp dried yeast
2 tsp sugar
2 tbs Milk Powder
2 tbsp butter
3 tsp salt
Lukewarm 1/4 cup Milk and 1/4 cup Water
For topping -
Mushroom 1 packet
100 gm Yellow Bell Pepper
100 gm Red Bell Pepper
1 medium sized onion
6 boiled Baby Corn
For Pizza Decoration -
Pizza Cheese
Black Olives
Pizza masala + Paprika+ Black Pepper
Olive oil 4 Tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Instructions
For Pizza Sauce -
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil add chopped onions and garlic. Now add chopped tomatoes, carrots. Pour 2 to 3 tbs of water and put in a cooker and cook for 3 whistles. After it cools down grind in a mixer to make a fine paste.
Add oregano, basil, rosemary, pizza masala, paprika, black pepper, salt, tomato sauce and cornflour mix it well.
Cook it till it becomes a thick sauce.
Mushroom bell pepper topping -
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil toss diced onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, boiled baby corns for 2 minutes. Add salt and pizza mix. Turn off the gas.
Pizza Dough -
Mix yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and milk mixture. Mix it and cover for 2 minutes.
Mix both flours make a well in the centre. Sprinkle salt outside the well and pour the yeast mixture in to the well.
Knead well to get a soft dough.
Make a ball of dough and cover with a kitchen towel. Keep for 30 minutes or until it becomes double in size.
Punch the dough to remove the air. knead again and make 5 equal size balls.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees C
Apply butter on the baking tray. Now roll the ball into round pizza put it on baking tray.
Apply the pizza sauce on the pizza base. Put some grated cheese. Put the tossed vegetables and pizza spices. Add grated cheese. Sprinkle 1 tsp of olive oil.
Bake the pizza for 10 minutes. Remove it from oven, Slice with the pizza cutter and serve it hot
