ABOUT Italian baked potato dhokla RECIPE

This is yummy dish which has genoa spice. Really it is a wonderful spice. This dhokla is different in taste from regular dhokla because it has a tanginess and italian flavours. I serve this with miny curd dip which i dizzled over dholkas and most importantly they are baked.. so guys enjoy

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup boiled and mashed potato
  2. 1/4 cup suji
  3. 1/4 cup curd
  4. 1 tbsp celery
  5. Cherry tomato
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. Mustard seeds
  8. Minty curd sauce for dizzling
  9. Salt
  10. 1 /2 tsp Ginger paste
  11. 1 tsp ganoa spice

Instructions

  1. Take boiled and mashed potato
  2. Mash finely
  3. Soak suji in curd for 10 min.
  4. Then add potato in suji mix.
  5. Add spices and mix
  6. Add some water and make a thick batter
  7. Now preheat oven and line baking mould
  8. Take cherry tomato and cut half and arrange in mould in a line
  9. Bake it for 25 min. At 180 degree.
  10. Now our dhokla are ready
  11. Cut them and heat oil add rai and temper dhokla
  12. Now dizzle minty curd dip
  13. Garnish with mint
  14. Serve with dip
