Italian baked eggs is a breakfast recipe it is served with roasted garlic bread

Ingredients Serving: 2

2eggs
2medium size fine chopped onion
4 fine chopped tomatoes
1teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 tea spoon chilly flakes
1/2 tea spoon italian herbs
salt as per taste
Mozrella cheese as per need
Some basil leaves
2spoon olive oil
Little bit sugar

Instructions

Take a pan put oil and heat it
Add fine chopped onion and cook for 2to 3 minutes
Add garlic and cook
Add chilly flakes and herbs and cook for 2mintues
Now add chopped tomatoes and cook
Add salt as per taste
Taste the masala if you feel masala is tangy add little bit sugar and cook masala for 5mintues
Now pour the masala into a microwave bowl and make a cavity into the center
Break the eggs into the cavity
Spread some grated mozrella cheese and bake it a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degree temperature it's according to my oven power
Baked eggs is ready to serve garnish with basil leaves
