Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. masoor dal one small bowel
  2. black chana sprouted 1 small bowl
  3. salt
  4. red chilly
  5. green chilly chopped
  6. onion chopped
  7. garam masala
  8. fennel seed
  9. green corriander
  10. chat masala
  11. mozarella cheese cubes or grated
  12. rice flour 1tbsp
  13. bread crumbs
  14. oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Soak masoor dal 4 hour
  2. Take sprout chana and masoor..grind in mixer..grind coarsely
  3. Mix all spices and little bit rice flour except oil...cheese and breadcrumbs
  4. Make a dough.... take a ball of it...spread on hand...fill with mozarella...seal it
  5. Make a liquid with Rice flour nd water.......dip......ur ball in it..then roll on bread crumbs...put in freeze for 1 hour..after 1 hour fry them on very low flame till golden brown
