ABOUT Cheesy Bread Pops RECIPE

A quick snack for kids that can be made in a jiffy when you are running out of time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown bread 4 slices
  2. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  3. Boiled Potato 1
  4. Finely chopped assorted vegetables (corn, bell pepper and tomatoes) 1/4 cup
  5. Black Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oregano seasoning 1 tablespoon
  8. Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
  9. Candy sticks/ cake Pop sticks 4-5

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add boiled potato and 2-3 tablespoon grated cheese, black pepper powder, salt and oregano seasoning, mix well and keep aside.
  2. With the help of a cookie cutter cut round slices of bread.
  3. Spread tomato ketchup on one slice, top it with 1 tablespoon of cheese and potato mixture.
  4. Cover this with another bread slice and lightly press it with your hands.
  5. Next put some grated cheese and vegetables of your choice on the top slice.
  6. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and oregano seasoning.
  7. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Bake for 6-7 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  9. Insert stick in the center between the two slices and lightly press it with your hands.
  10. Serve immediately.
