Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Egg 4
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  5. Malacca 7 in One Multi-purpose Spice 2tsp
  6. Cumin seed 1tsp
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Oil 1tbs
  9. Water 1/2cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. For paste
  12. Cashew 10 numbers

Instructions

  1. Get ready with Malacca 7 in One Multi-purpose Spice Blend
  2. Boil four eggs and keep it aside
  3. Heat 1tsp of oil in kadai and fry egg with 1tsp of tumeric powder
  4. Add turmeric powder to the eggs
  5. Fry egg till the white of the turns slightly crisp
  6. Dry roast cumin seed in a pan
  7. Ready with all the ingredients fir grinding including Malacca spice blend
  8. Grind onion, ginger garlic, Malacca 7 in One Multi-purpose Spice Blend and cumin seed together
  9. Gind well adding little water
  10. Heat oil and fry onion till its translucent
  11. Add the grounded masala
  12. To it add tumeric powder
  13. Mix well till raw smell disappear. Add tomato and salt
  14. Now add little water to the mixture and it to boil
  15. Grind cashew with little water
  16. Make slits on egg. This will help gravy to absob inside
  17. Now add egg to the gravy and add grounded cashew
  18. Mix well and simmer it for five minutes...Transfer and sprinkle Malacca spice
