For the gravy.. Cook oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asoefetida, crushed cloves and bay leaf. Now add onion and ginger garlic paste and cook till it turns golden. Now add the dry spices and tomato puree. Add salt to taste and cook till oil separates. Add water to make a semi thick gravy. When the gravy starts boiling add stuffed gatte in the gravy. Close the lid and let the gatte cooked on a low flame for further 5 mins. Enjoy with the paratha or roti or rice. :stuck_out_tongue:
