Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bottle gourd - 500 gms
  2. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  3. Carom seeds a pinch
  4. Onion seeds - a pinch
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash bottle gourd and grate it,drain out its water.
  2. Mix grated bottle gourd,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and one tbsp oil in wheat flour and knead to make a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  4. Flatten the balls into thick round parathas.
  5. Grease pan with little oil and heat on medium flame.
  6. Make a paratha with one tbsp of oil.
  7. When its color is golden brown flip it again grease the oil.
  8. Serve with tomato ketchup
