ABOUT CAPSICUM CREAM PANEER RECIPE

Capsicum cream paneer is a delicious gravy ehich goes well with all rice and rotis.. Its an easy restaurant style recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Capsicum 2 medium size
  2. Paneer cubes 50gms
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato 2
  5. Cinnamon 1/2 inch
  6. Cloves 2
  7. Milk 1/2cup
  8. Curry powder1/4tsp
  9. Garam masala powder 2pinch
  10. Sambhar powder 1/2tsp
  11. Tumeric powder 2pinch
  12. Oil 3tsp
  13. Fresh cream 1tbs
  14. Butter 1tsp
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Tomato for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut vegetables and paneer in cubes
  2. Add oil and butter in a pan and add cinnamon and clove to it
  3. After it splutter add onion and saute well.
  4. Now add capsicum to it. After a minute add tomato and paneer
  5. Now add all the powders to it
  6. Let it mix well and add milk and water to it.
  7. When its done oil will appear on top
  8. Now add fresh cream to it.
  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves and tomato.
