ABOUT Red capsicum n paneer RECIPE

Its very simple and high protein diet, which can be served with some garlic toasted bread or roti too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 145 grams paneer
  2. 1 red capsicum
  3. Half onion
  4. Half teaspoon oregano
  5. Half teaspoon powdered pepper
  6. Half teaspoon chilli flakes
  7. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  8. Half teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  9. Salt as per need
  10. Little turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Add two tablespoons olive oil. Add onions fry well. Then add turmeric and ginger garlic paste. Fry them well. Add paneer..mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes.. with salt.
  2. After 5 minutes add red capsicum..mix it well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add oregano, chilli flakes, and pepper powder ..cook for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
