Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Corn 1/2 cup
  2. Paneer 1/2 cup
  3. Boiled potatoes 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger 1 tablespoon grated
  5. Green chillies 1-2 chopped
  6. Syracuse spice 2 tablespoon
  7. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon chopped
  8. Oats 1/3-1/2 cup
  9. Salt per taste
  10. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a Kadai and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook till translucent.
  3. Add grated ginger and chopped chillies.
  4. Add sprig's Syracuse spice.
  5. Add crushed corn.
  6. Add crumbled cottage cheese.
  7. Add mashed potatoes and salt.
  8. Add coriander leaves and bring them all together and turn off the flame.
  9. Add oats to soak up the moisture. Add more if needed.
  10. Shape the cutlet with the help of a mould or with your hand.
  11. Place them on a greased baking tray. Brush some oil on the top.
  12. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden.
  13. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
