Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn kernels 1/2 cup
  2. Paneer 150 gms
  3. Green capsicum 1 medium
  4. Oil 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Onion chopped 1 medium
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Refined flour 3 + 2 tsp
  8. Crushed black pepper and salt to taste
  9. Bread crumbs as needed

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add chopped onions and capsicum. Saute well. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute till onion turns brown.
  2. Add corn kernels to the pan cook for 2 min. Add 3 tsp of plain flour to it. Saute well. Add crushed peppercorns. Toss to mix. Mash corns with back of spoon.
  3. Grate paneer in a bowl. Add onion, capsicum and corn mix to it. Mix well and make round tikkis.
  4. Take 2 tbsp flour, add salt and water to make batter. Dip tikkis in it and bread crumbs. Shallow fry. And serve with pudina chutney.
