ABOUT Vegetable Nuggets RECIPE

Nuggets are crispy from the outside and soft from inside , and comprises of different flavours.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  2. Cauliflower chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Potato 1/2 cup
  4. French beans 1/2 cup
  5. Peas 1/2 cup
  6. Capsicum 1/2 cup
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Onion 1/2 cup
  9. Cornflour 2-3 tbsp
  10. Potato chips 1 small packet
  11. Refined flour 4-5 tbsp
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Garlic 5
  14. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  15. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, red chilli pwd, chopped carrot, cauliflower, potato, French beans, peas, capsicum, onion and saute for 2-3 min
  3. Now add salt and mix it well
  4. Now cover the wok and cook the vegetable for 3 min on medium flame
  5. Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas
  6. And rest the mixture to cool
  7. In a mixture add refined flour, cumin seeds, potato chips, garlic, red chilli pwd, salt and make a fine pwd.
  8. In another bowl, add Cornflour and mix by adding water to a thick paste
  9. Now take the above prepare mixture and shape them to round or square shaped nuggets
  10. Then dip in a slurry and coat with refined flour mixture
  11. At last, deep fry in hot oil and transfer to a plate.
  12. Crunchy vegetables nuggets is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
