ABOUT Roasted Garlic Cauliflower RECIPE

A lovely cauliflower dish your family will love to have and you'd love to make too.Simple yet yummy healthy too,fresh crushed garlic and oil greased cauliflower,roasted with just salt pepper,onion powder.Dressed with cilantro or parsely as per choice,Wow!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams Cauliflower
  2. 6-7 garlic cloves crushed/chopped
  3. 2 tblspoon olive oil or oil of choice
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tspn onion powder
  6. 2 tblspn grated Cheddar cheese/parmesean
  7. 1tspn pepper powder
  8. Some fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Take fresh cauliflower and cut the base to loosen florets
  2. Keep all ingredients at hand
  3. Grate cheddar and keep in fridge to avoid melting
  4. Wash florets well and dry with kitchen towel
  5. Pre heat OTG / oven at 400°
  6. Grease a baking pan with oil keep ready
  7. Now take the zip bag ,add some oil to it
  8. Add the crushed garlic to this
  9. Add the florets now to this zip bag
  10. Now shake this well and empty in the the greased baking tin
  11. Add salt pepper sprinkle at this stage and put in Otg /oven to Roast 20Minutes
  12. Once Roasted transfer to a Corning baking tray,sprinkle onion powder
  13. Take out grated cheese from fridge and put all over the Roasted cauliflower
  14. Put back in oven for 10 minutes on 250°
  15. Remove once done ,cheese melted and add the chopped cilantro or parsley as per choice
  16. Serve hot
