This is my mom's recipe and now I make this for my family and thy totally love it.
Quick and easy to prepare.
Firstly, washed and wipe the bhindi
Chop the bhindi into small pieces.
Heat oil in a kadhai
Add panch foran, and add green chilli, stir few seconds.
Add chopped onion and saute, now add chopped chopped bhindi and stir occasionally
Do not cover the kadhai otherwise the bhindi might turn soggy.
After 5 minutes ,lower the flame and cook for few minutes.
Now add black gram and stir .
Add turmeric powder,sabji masala and salt,stir and saute few minutes
Now cover tha kadhai 2-3 minutes
Open the lid and stir, switch off the flame.
Crispi bhindi chana is ready
Serve with rice, dal or roti .
