ABOUT Eggplant Dahi vada RECIPE

A quick recipe of dahi vada, made with egg plant fritters !!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 big eggplant
  2. 1 cup gram flour
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  6. 4 tbsp imli chutney

Instructions

  1. Cut the round slices of eggplant.
  2. In a bowl add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds.
  3. Make a smooth batter .
  4. Dip eggplant in a batter and cover with batter.
  5. Now deep fry it.
  6. Now remove from kadahi.
  7. Now arrange in a plate. Spread the curd on it.
  8. Now spread chutney and sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin seeds.
  9. Garnish with tutti frutti and serve it.
