Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1.5 cup plain flour
  2. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  3. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. 1/4 cup milk
  5. 1/4 cup butter
  6. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. 1 cup powdered sugar
  9. Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add butter.
  2. Add 1 cup powdered sugar into the butter mix it properly.
  3. Now add 1/2 cup condensed milk into it. Mix it well.
  4. Now add pumpkin puree into it. Give it a quick mix.
  5. Now add 1/4 cup milk into it.
  6. Mix all these wet ingredients properly.
  7. Add one pinch of salt and mix well. So one part of the recipe is done.
  8. Now take another bowl and add 1.5 cup flour.
  9. Add 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp baking powder, mix all the ingredients .
  10. Now add these dry ingredients into the pumpkin batter slowly.
  11. Mix it well so no lumps are left.
  12. Our cake batter is ready.
  13. Now take a baking dish and apply some oil or butter from inside and dust some dry flour over it. Pour in the cake batter in that baking mould.
  14. Tap it Little so that the batter settle down properly.
  15. Now bake this cake at 180 degree preheated oven for arround 35 - 40 minutes or until the tooth peak /knife inserted into it come out clean.
  16. Your cake is ready... Now let the cake cool down for 10 -15 minutes . Cut the cake into your desire shape and enjoy..!!
