Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Two medium sized potatoes
  2. One small cauliflower
  3. Ginger one inch piece
  4. green chilli two
  5. salt to add aste
  6. Jeera/cumin seeds half teaspoon
  7. turmeric powder one fourth teaspoon
  8. red chilli powder half teaspoon
  9. garam masala half teaspoon
  10. cooking oil two tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes
  2. cut the potatoes into dices
  3. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly
  4. Cut it into small florets
  5. Heat oil in a nonstick pan
  6. Add jeera and let it crackle
  7. add julienned ginger and green chillies
  8. after half minute add chopped cauliflower and potatoes
  9. Now add turmeric powder red chilli powder and sakt
  10. Cover and let it cook on medium flame
  11. keep stirring
  12. when cauliflower and potatoes are cooked open the lid and add garam masala
  13. Let it cook till potatoes and cauliflower are a little crisp
  14. Serve hot
