ABOUT Vagharelo rotlo RECIPE

It is made by Gujaratis as snack after left over rotla. Rotla are made from gravel flour.. Which was put by me on this blog earlier..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Crushed rotla 2 bowl
  2. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon
  3. Finally chopped onions and tometoes 1/2 bowl
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  6. Oil 1 table spoon
  7. Muster seeds and cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  8. Chopped chilli 1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Take pan. Add oil and add muster seeds and cumin seeds. Let it crackle.
  2. Add garlic paste and chopped onions and tometoes. Mixed it well.
  3. Add chopped chilli and salt.
  4. Now add above crushed rotla.. And mixed it well.
  5. Serve with tea.
