It's the taste twist to pumpkin, a perfect appetizer with less calorie.

Into the pan goes olive oil and butter.
Add chopped garlic and green onions. Sautee for 1 mint
Add greated pumpkin.
Sautee for 2 to 3 mints. And add 1 spoon flour.
Sautee for 2 mints more in a low heat.
Add baked chopped tomato. Mix well.
Now a cup of full fat milk.
Cook the dip for 4 mints. Till it gets thick.
After that add cheese. And mix well.
Off the frame. Add Basel,seasoning, chopped green onions green.
Dip ready
Cut the pumpkin into fingers.
Season egg and bread crumbs
Toss the pumpkin fingers into the agg and the into the crumbs.
Deep fry all the pumpkin fingers
And serve hot with cheese pumpkin dip
