Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gram ladies finger
  2. One onion slices
  3. 2 green chilli
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Crushed Black pepper corn 1/4th teaspoon
  7. Oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry ladies finger.
  2. Cut them.
  3. Heat oil add sliced onion cook for 2 minute.
  4. Then add green chilli.
  5. Next add cut ladies finger.
  6. Add salt, turmeric continue cooking for some minutes.
  7. Add pepper powder, cumin powder cook for a while.
  8. Serve hot.
